A Life Coach is a trained professional who can help you overcome obstacles you encounter in life, improve your relationships (work or personal), help you make positive changes in various aspects of your life to help you achieve your desired outcomes.<\/p>\n

Ever feel like you stuck in a rut and although you\u2019ve tried you just can\u2019t get out of it? The people closest to you are often just that, to close to you to provide a subjective view. A Life coach can walk the path with you, be that sounding board and help you lay down a step-by-step plan to get you over that obstacle or to get you on track to achieve the success you desire and deserve.<\/p>\n

So What’s The Plan?<\/h2>\n

We start off by having a free 30 minute introductory meeting, get to know each other a little, an opportunity for you to ask me questions and for me to get a bit of background on where and why you believe you need a coach.<\/p>\n

Then we enter into a formal coaching agreement, typically of 4-6 sessions. The contract is always extendable where needed, by mutual agreement. Ideally these sessions should be face to face but we can facilitate online via Zoom where necessary.<\/p>\n

I am a qualified life coach with 30 years of corporate work experience, managing small specialized teams and large operational divisions.
